Return & Refund Policy

At QAISSHOP, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

7-Day Return Policy

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging and accessories (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.
  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used.
  • Customized or personalized items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another agreed method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
